Job Overview
Controls Engineer position with responsibilities in controls and automation projects within the facility. This role involves installing new systems and upgrading existing ones across the company s manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities- Develop, install, and commission control systems to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity.
- Programming and integrating PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for automated equipment.
- Provide Controls and Automation Systems technical support to other company locations.
- Design and selection of plant control system architecture (control panels, hardware, communication protocols, etc.).
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in PLC programming, HMI development, SCADA, and electrical controls.
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and HMI development (Wonderware/AVEVA/Archestra/Ignition/iFix).
- Experience with .NET programming, SQL Databases, and Ethernet/IP Communication.
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Signing Bonus: $5,000 and Free Benefits; 4 Weeks PTO;
Yearly profit sharing and yearly bonus;
Tuition reimbursement.
