Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled SOC (System-on-Chip) Power Architects to join our diverse team. If you are a self-motivated SoC engineer with expertise in architecting solutions for managing power and thermals and looking to make a difference in an innovative and inclusive team, you have found the right place!
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, prototype and develop SOC‑Level power and thermal management architecture, ensuring efficient and effective use of system resources.
- Resolve complex issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Work with partners, OEMs, and internal hardware and software design teams on implementation of architectural solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve SOC and platform level challenges, playing a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, power efficient SOC products to the market.
Required Skills And Experience
- 12+ years in SoC and platform architecture and design across hardware and software.
- 3+ years architecting, developing and delivering infrastructure, automotive, client or IoT power and thermal solutions on schedule.
- Strong leadership, collaborative and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with multi‑functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to synthesize diverse sets of requirements and capabilities into an optimized solution.
- Strong background in Power, Thermal and Electrical Limits management solutions, DVFS, Power Gating, Voltage Regulation, Digital Clocking, standards such as ARM Power Control System Architecture (PCSA), System Control and Management Interface (SCMI), ACPI and BSA, Processor low power states, use‑case power and performance modeling or analysis.
Nice To Have skills and experience
- Experience architecting or developing ARM or x86‑based laptop products at SoC and system/platform level.
- Experience in automotive, IoT, infrastructure or mobile SoC and board‑level power and power delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and requirements.
- Proven track record of timely, to‑specification delivery of multiple sophisticated projects in parallel.

Salary Range
: $221,127–$299,172 per year.
