Northrop Grumman Space Systems is searching for an Electrical Engineer to be part of our Integration and Test team in Launch Vehicles, at our Chandler, AZ facility. This position will be 100% on-site in Chandler.

• Performing hands-on electrical testing at a systems level
• Developing/maintaining procedures for the assembly and test of launch vehicle systems
• Incorporating hardware and/or software design changes
• Documenting & dispositioning hardware discrepancies, pursuing root cause & corrective actions
• Some planning and scheduling of day-to-day tasks
• Constant and timely communication with other team members

This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or a level 2.

Basic qualifications for an Electrical Engineer 1 are a Bachelor’s Degree.

Basic qualifications for an Electrical Engineer 2 are a Master’s Degree.

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s) from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored in an Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain a U.S. Passport for travel
• Ability to innovate and lead digital transformation efforts
• Ability to lead out at solving problems and driving all tasks to completion
• Ability to work at a fast pace, while multi-tasking, and still communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment, and lead small projects or teams
• Ability to travel:
  Travel expectation 10-20%
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• 2 Years with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or qualifying discipline; 0 Years with Master of Science
