- Planning to review complex construction submittals for compliance, conduct field inspections, and advise on zoning and code requirements. You will mentor less experienced examiners and act as a technical resource on politically sensitive and urgent cases within the Planning department.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in planning or related field, 4–5 years of experience in plan review, and strong customer service skills.
