Job Overview

Join us as a Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will coordinate with team members and assume responsibility for all center operations in the absence of higher management.

• Make guests priority #1: champion guest service, solicit feedback, and resolve complaints.
• Take every opportunity: capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Partner with leagues: develop & maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to formats, distribute announcements, and perform administrative duties.
• Assemble an all-star team: assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly center staff.
• Show off & develop management skills: lead and motivate the team, leverage strengths, ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity.
• Drive food & beverage sales: oversee management and expansion of the F&B program, train staff, ensure quality standards, and foster a sales culture.
• Remain flexible: ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.

• HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Commitment to great guest service
• 1–2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
• Solid communication skills
• Strong team player and people developer
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, stand for periods, and may lift objects with assistance.

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives, a competitive total rewards package including healthcare coverage, and other benefits.
