We are a private, dynamic company seeking an energetic, intuitive, and hands‑on accounting and financial professional capable of guiding our next phase of growth. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. CPA certification is preferred.

• Accounting:
  Processing and supervision of all accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
• Analysis:
  Development of a variety of financial and accounting reports, including spending and costing analysis
• Treasury Management:
  Continuous cash flow planning and reporting thereof
• Budgeting and Forecasts:
  Preparation of annual budget and related forecasts
• Auditing and Internal Controls:
  Maintenance of effective internal controls within established guidelines; auditing of accounting records periodically
• Assist with external tax compliance and planning
• Recruit and develop accounting and finance team as transaction/activity levels require

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA license preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience managing month‑end close
• Experience in manufacturing environments a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Must be able to ensure accurate and timely results and work independently
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and professionally
• Quick Books and strong Excel and system skills required

• $135k to $175k salary based on experience and qualifications
