We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Specialist to oversee mortgage loan servicing, including collections, loan boarding, transfers, investor reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan servicing operations and collections, with a strong understanding of mortgage regulations and investor guidelines.

• Process and monitor loan payments, payoffs, and escrow transactions
• Maintain accurate records and manage escrow accounts
• Ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements
• Contact borrowers regarding past-due payments and establish repayment solutions
• Negotiate payment arrangements and document communications
• Manage EPDs to prevent loan repurchases
• Accurately onboard new loans and process transfers with data validation
• Support borrower inquiries and servicing functions
• Prepare and submit investor reports, reconcile accounts, and support audits

• 2-5 years in loan servicing, collections, or mortgage servicing
• Understanding of mortgage products, servicing guidelines, and compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma required; degree preferred
