• Process Development and Support:
  Develop processes, write and update standard operating procedures, and respond to inquiries related to customer‑facing products and services. Provide team member resources on bank products, services and customer transactions, which may include checking accounts, savings accounts, IRAs, HSAs, consumer and in‑house real‑estate loans, electronic banking and cash management.
• System Knowledge and Support:
  Serve as a subject‑matter expert for end‑user experience on systems, including but not limited to core and teller systems and electronic banking products and services. Develop and maintain knowledge through vendor publications and testing. Provide team member training and resources on systems applicable to their position.
• Special Projects:
  Assist with special projects to support customer‑facing functions. Examples include system or software set‑up and testing, review and improvement of processes, new product roll‑outs or developing and improving training materials and resources.

• Associate’s Degree or two‑year college equivalent in business, accounting or finance‑related field is preferred.
• Two years of previous banking, finance and customer service experience required.
• Strong background in working with a variety of bank operating systems.
• Occasional travel may be required.

This is a full‑time position, Monday–Friday; 8 a.m.–5 p.m., 40‑hour week. Benefits are included.
