Our client, a leading financial services organization specializing in commercial lending, is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Commercial Loan Closing Specialist – Chandler to join their dynamic team. As a key contributor in the Commercial Lending department, you will support daily operations and system conversions, ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing.
Job Title: Commercial Loan Closing Specialist
Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Position Type: 5+ months with high possibility of extension/conversion
Employment: W2
- Book and fund commercial loans in LoanIQ system accurately and efficiently
- Respond to internal requests for posting funds and handle money movement activities
- Support the transition from AFS to LoanIQ by assisting staff in system adoption
- Ensure compliance with commercial loan credit agreements and internal policies
- Collaborate with various lines of business to facilitate smooth loan operations
- Proficiency in LoanIQ software and commercial loan processes
- Experience in commercial loan booking and funding operations
- Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements
- Operational experience within a financial services environment
- Knowledge of AFS is a plus, but not required
