Loan Operations Specialist

Position:
Commercial Loan Operations Analyst (LoanIQ)

Location: Chandler, AZ-85286 Hybrid (3 days in / 2 days remote)

Support day-to-day Commercial Lending operations during the conversion from AFS to LoanIQ
, ensuring accurate loan booking, funding
, and money movement while helping teams adopt LoanIQ in a live production environment.

• Book and fund commercial loans in LoanIQ

• Process internal requests for fund postings and money movement across LOB systems.
• Support staff during LoanIQ adoption, helping reduce the learning curve while maintaining production continuity.
• Review and analyze commercial loan closing activities, identifying process improvements.
• Provide recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with Commercial Loan Closing teams and stakeholders.

• 1+ years of Commercial Loan Closing / Operations experience.
• Strong proficiency with LoanIQ.
• Solid understanding of commercial loan credit agreements.
• Experience with AFS is a plus (not required).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay Range: $31- $33 | Tax Term: W2 | Duration:
