, you ll deliver customized, one-on-one stretch sessions that help clients move better, feel better, and live pain-free. Whether you re guiding an athlete, supporting a desk-bound professional, or helping someone regain mobility post-injury, your work will make a real impact.

iFlex is a premier provider of assisted stretching, helping clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance performance. Our evidence-based approach combines hands-on care with a deep understanding of anatomy, delivering real results in a welcoming, professional studio environment.

• Lead personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
• Conduct assessments and create customized stretch plans
• Educate clients on movement patterns and proper techniques
• Track client progress through detailed session notes
• Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a top-tier experience
• Participate in studio events and help grow the client base

Required Qualifications:

• Certification in stretch therapy, massage therapy, personal training, or a related field
• OR a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, etc.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others improve movement and live better lives

Preferred:

• Experience in fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or sports performance
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way
• Comfortable recommending membership options to new clients
• Lives within 30 minutes of our Chandler studio with reliable transportation
