Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Therapy and Treatment Implementation
  • Deliver evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming interventions
    , including play-based and augmentative communication strategies, to engage young learners in our Chandler clinic.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on articulation, language development, social communication, and fluency.
  • Foster an emotionally safe, engaging, and inclusive therapy environment that promotes skill development and confidence.
Evaluation and Documentation
  • Conduct comprehensive communication assessments to inform tailored treatment plans, addressing receptive/expressive language, social communication, articulation, and fluency
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
    , including session notes, progress reports, evaluation reports, reevaluation reports, and discharge summaries
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona DDD and commercial insurance authorizations, and billing processes
Program Leadership and Supervision
  • Lead the SLP program, serving as the primary clinical resource and mentoring SLPs and Speech‑Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to maintain exceptional care standards
  • Collaborate with the leadership team, including the CEO and Division Directors (ABA, OT, PT, Respite/Habilitation), to drive program growth and implement innovative systems
  • Stay current with research, treatment models, and best practices to enhance clinical services and inform program development
  • Represent the SLP program in interdisciplinary settings and community outreach, educating stakeholders about our neurodiversity-affirming services and fostering clinic visibility
  • Provide strong mentoring for team members
    , focusing on career and skills development as SLPs. This includes performance evals, coaching sessions, and recommending policies and processes to strengthen the overall team effectiveness
  • Partner with families
    , providing education and support to help clients achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and other team members to deliver holistic, client-centered care
  • Lead and contribute to clinical team meetings
    , sharing insights and driving interdisciplinary problem-solving

  • Uphold professional, ethical, and facility standards, including safety regulations and clinic policies
  • Maintain active credentials and pursue ongoing continuing education to stay at the forefront of the field
  • Manage a realistic caseload that supports work‑life balance and high‑quality care
  • Conducting thorough pediatric assessments and interpreting results to create impactful treatment plans
  • Delivering individualized, evidence‑based therapy with a focus on neurodiversity-affirming practices
  • Supervising and mentoring SLPs and SLPAs to ensure high‑quality care and professional growth
  • Navigating Arizona DDD guidelines, insurance authorizations, and billing with precision
  • Communicating effectively with families, colleagues, and community stakeholders
  • Adapting seamlessly between center‑based and occasional in‑home therapy settings
