- Lead daily clinic operations: scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and accurate documentation.
- Ensure a seamless patient journey from first call to follow‑up visits.

- Act as a patient’s advocate – liaison between providers and patients, offering personalized support.

- Experience in a medical office, preferably in an elective setting or physician’s office with a focus on high‑end customer service.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to engage and inspire patients.

- Efficient, detail‑oriented organization and prioritization skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic medical record software.
- Punctual, dependable, and equipped with reliable transportation.
- Positive, can‑do mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow in a medical office environment.
- On‑site training on our systems, sales process, and medical protocols.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred prior experience in a medical clinic, physician’s office, med spa, or weight‑loss clinic.
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a must.
