Pharmacy Tech I (Part-Time Data Entry)

Bio Plus Specialty Pharmacy, part of Carelon Rx (formerly Ingenio Rx), offers consumers and providers a high‑level specialty pharmacy service.

*$1K Sign‑On Bonus*

Arizona. Virtual work is allowed with required in‑person training sessions. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance unless accommodation is granted as required by law.

4.5‑hour shift Sunday through Saturday within operational hours 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM. Additional hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required based on operational needs.

• Interpret and data‑enter basic prescriptions.
• Process prior authorizations and ensure Medicare compliance.
• Educate members on pharmacy rules and medication resources.
• Provide resolution to grievances and appeal issues.
• Respond to inquiries from physicians, sales team, and members regarding formulary and prescription benefits.
• Generate reports on rebates, physician utilization, Beers Criteria, and other ad‑hoc reports.
• Maintain records of prior authorizations, rebates, and monthly reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current state pharmacy technician certification or national certification based on applicable state(s).
