MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FROM OUR CASA GRANDE LOCATION TWICE A WEEK
Are you a detail-oriented, fast-paced Certified Medical Assistant looking to grow in a specialized neurology practice? Brain and Spine Center, PLC is currently seeking a dependable and efficient Medical Assistant to join our busy and compassionate team. This role will support providers at both our Chandler and Casa Grande locations.
🏥 Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):- Rooming patients, taking vitals, medication reconciliation
- Accurately documenting patient history, vitals, and symptoms
- Administering IM injections, EKGs, performing buccal swabs
- Assisting providers with in-office procedures (Skin Biopsies, Trigger Point Injections, Botox)
- Administering cognitive tests
- Handling administrative duties including scheduling appointments, faxing orders, and callng patients
- Managing patient flow and communicating with front/back office staff
- Ensuring all rooms and instruments are cleaned, stocked, and prepared
- Supporting patient education and answering care-related questions
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of MA experience preferred, neurology experience a plus
- Willing and able to travel between Chandler AND Casa Grande locations
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- EMR proficiency (Experience with eClinical
Works is a plus) - Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
