Interim Health Care of Queen Creek & Gilbert is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health services across Queen Creek and surrounding East Valley communities. Per diem schedule with patient-centered, one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
You will evaluate, treat, and progress individuals to restore mobility and independence, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Prior home health experience and an AZ PT license are preferred, with CPR and a valid driver's license required.
