Housekeeping Inspector Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel The Marriott Phoenix Chandler Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and service-focused Housekeeping Inspector to support the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Housekeeping Manager in leading our housekeeping team. This role is essential in ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet Marriott brand standards and provide an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will:

Inspect guest rooms (vacant, occupied, and check-out rooms) to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to Marriott brand standards.

Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet the hotel's quality and cleanliness expectations.

Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly to the Engineering team and follow up as needed.

Respond to and assist with special guest requests, including extra towels, pillows, blankets, and other amenities.

Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Room Attendants and House Attendants to promote continuous improvement and maintain high performance standards.
