Benefits Specialist performs and administers one or more organizational benefits programs to our clients.

• Serves as the primary contact for clients and plan vendors.
• Ensure client benefit plans' accuracy, perform quality checks of benefits‑related data.
• Assist clients and members with benefit claims issues, plan changes, enroll clients with carriers and process life status changes.
• Respond to benefits inquiries on plan provisions.
• Process and administer leave of absence requests and disability paperwork.
• Provide reports for allocation and billing.

• Associate's Degree or above
• 2-5 years of group benefit experience
