Commit Agency is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our Digital Department. This entry-level position is perfect for a curious, proactive marketer eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support digital campaign execution across multiple channels, including paid social, search, programmatic, and SEO. This position plays a critical role in ensuring campaigns are built accurately, reporting is consistent and insightful, and our internal processes run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Managers and Digital Director to help deliver exceptional results for our clients.

  • Assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing paid search, paid social, and programmatic ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Stack Adapt, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Account and Creative teams to gather assets and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time.
  • Manage budget and pacing across campaigns to ensure business objectives are met and media delivers consistent returns for clients
  • Pull, organize and analyze campaign data from multiple platforms and update reporting spreadsheets.
  • Help maintain and QA Looker Studio reporting dashboards
  • Manage and update local SEO profiles across platforms including Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, and Bing Places
  • Partner with the Digital team on cross-channel media planning, ad trafficking, and creative asset management
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses to surface optimization and growth opportunities for client campaigns
  • Proactively recommend new channels, beta tests, and incremental budget opportunities to support account growth
  • Stay current on emerging digital platforms, trends, and tools, and proactively share findings with the team
  • Maintain a positive, creative, and collaborative work environment by communicating professionally across internal, vendor, and client relationships
Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of digital marketing experience (internship or agency experience a plus)
  • Basic understanding of paid media, SEO, and/or analytics concepts
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Stack Adapt, The Trade Desk, or Workamajig is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity for testing, learning, and improving performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
