Service Now Developer/Engineer - High-Impact Role in Chandler, AZ

Recruits Lab is actively seeking a talented and experienced Service Now Developer or Engineer for our client, a leading organization in Chandler, AZ
. This role is crucial for designing, configuring, and maintaining the core of the enterprise service management platform.

You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle within the Service Now platform, focusing on creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.

• Platform Enhancement: Configure and maintain core modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), and contribute to other areas like IT Operations Management (ITOM) or HRSD
  .
• Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Service Now and other systems using REST/SOAP web services.
• Upgrades & Support: Participate in platform upgrades, ensure system stability, and provide advanced technical support.
• Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Service Now Developer or Administrator.
• Strong experience with core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
• Proven ability to integrate Service Now with external systems using Web Services.
• Experience with Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, Angular
  
  JS).

• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Familiarity with other frameworks like Angular or React.
