Jr. Systems Engineer - VMware & Linux; W-| No C2C

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong VMware and Linux expertise to help transition from traditional VM configurations to modern pod-based architectures for improved scalability and flexibility. You'll collaborate with senior engineers on system design, testing, and workflow optimization while ensuring stability and performance.

Pay Rate: 40-45hr
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Hybrid onsite 3 days per week - Chandler, AZ
W2 ONLY - No third-party vendors, C2C, or Visa sponsorship

• Build and configure virtual machines and assist in migrating to pod-based environments.
• Collaborate on system architecture diagrams and workflow improvements.
• Test new versions and modules in controlled environments for reliability.
• Support application module integration and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based systems for efficiency and uptime.

• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and Linux administration.
• Familiarity with pod/container-based architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $41.09 - $45.00/hr.
