Technical Support Specialist – Array Technologies

Join Array Technologies as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking timely, effective, and helpful IT support. As a key member of the IT Infrastructure team you will troubleshoot end‑user issues, install and configure systems and peripherals, and maintain the organization’s technology inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first line of support for incoming technical problems and issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting peripherals such as monitors, printers, and other endpoint equipment.
  • Support audio‑visual equipment and conference room systems.
  • Assist with IT projects as needed.
  • Create documentation for the knowledge base system.
  • Help maintain the IT equipment inventory.
  • Manage and track technical support requests.
  • Participate in occasional after‑hours technical support.
  • Provide input to enhance our technical support processes.
  • Attend and participate in regular department meetings.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in information systems or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Windows operating systems.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting end users through ticketing systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 1+ years of experience with MDM platforms such as JAMF, Intune, and Manage Engine.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting conference room equipment and corporate printers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or relevant experience.
  • Active Directory and Office 365 experience.
  • Ability to foster professional relationships with end‑users, management, and executives.
  • Passion for continually developing technical skills.
  • Commitment to promoting a high standard of customer service.
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations in a fast‑paced, smaller‑company environment.
