The Test Technician Support I, Digital Test will operate and maintain In-Circuit Test (ICT) equipment to verify the functionality and integrity of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). This role ensures that products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.

• Set up and operate ICT machines (e.g., Agilent, Teradyne, Gen Rad) according to test procedures
• Load PCBAs into fixtures and initiate test cycles
• Monitor test results and identify failures or anomalies
• Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting of failed units
• Document test outcomes and Escalate unresolved issues to engineering
• Maintain test logs, equipment calibration records, and production documentation
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards

• Familiarity with ICT platforms and basic electronics principles
• Ability to read schematics, test procedures, and work instructions
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, MES systems)

• Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

• High school diploma or technical school

• Minimum six months related experience and/or training – or equivalent combination of education and military experience
