Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with expertise in CMDB to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Service Now applications and modules. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that Service Now applications meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities And Duties- Design, develop, and configure Service Now applications, modules, and workflows.
- Leverage AI‑driven capabilities and automation tools for predictive analytics and process automation.
- Customize Service Now forms, reports, and scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and other technologies.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Service Now and external systems.
- Develop and manage configuration items within the Service Now CMDB.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Service Now issues.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
- Proficient in Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Angular
JS, HTML5, SCSS, React.js, UI Builder). - Expertise in configuring Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Experience with Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now development, configuration, and administration.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) highly preferred.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) highly preferred.
- ITIL Foundation is a plus.
