Senior Electronics Technician

ABOUT US

We are looking for a self‑motivated and hard‑working Electronics Technician who is well versed in product development support and technical support.

• An AAS or BS in Electronics Technology or Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in product development support, testing, and validation
• 3+ years of experience in product support via telephone, web and onsite (if required)
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Must be willing to travel 10‑15%
• Excellent soldering, wiring, crimping, and electro‑mechanical assembly skills

• Hands‑on experience in reading, interpreting schematics, troubleshooting electronic circuits using lab equipment such as multi‑meter, oscilloscope, etc.
• Develop / enhance test cases and perform hardware and firmware testing
• Develop bug testing report in JIRA and ensure open issues are addressed, re‑tested and accepted
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IoT systems
• 3+ years of experience in technical support of hardware and software systems
• 2+ years of experience in technical documentation such as BOM generation, ECN, test procedures and technical manual development
