• Participate in multiple projects with a specific set of deliverables around Capacity.
• Collaborate with other support teams to provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
• Review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g., App Dynamics, Dyna Trace, Splunk, SAR/vmstat, application logs, and Performance Center results) to measure and interpret capacity thresholds/limits.
• Support capacity-related business-as-usual activities associated with audit requirements.
• Demonstrate knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices (COBIT framework).

• Experienced IT Capacity Management.
• Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies and ITIL capacity management practices; COBIT framework knowledge is a plus.
• Desired experience with infrastructure architecture, ITSM, and Application Performance Monitoring tools (App Dynamics, Dyna Trace).
