Position SummaryThe Cloud and Data Center Services organization enables modern business capabilities, drives speed-to-market, offers superior resiliency with built-in security, observability and governance, contemporary development practices, operates and maintains internal hosting environment, leads Hosting & Storage Engineering and Operations, responsible for execution of the Data Center Strategy and the 24x7 operations, management of global data centers, provides centralized support for the coordination of physical server & storage provisioning, and governance and oversight for testing critical services backup to meet risk tolerance and recover from severe malware or ransomware incidents.
We are looking to hire a highly experienced Delivery Lead who will support Application Management, RISE, and Continuous Monitoring GIS deliverables. This position is critical as you will support risk management and compliance for multiple AIT's within CDCS Provisioning and Decommissioning space.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for application ownership regarding audit, governance, and maintenance routines.
- Completes administrative and non-technical tasks related to risk, security, and other compliance deliverables (e.g., access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, and procedural requirements) on time and per requirements for supported applications.
- Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
- Attend various Office hours and collaborate with Partner organizations necessary to complete compliance and vulnerability deliverables.
- Maintains data about the applications in AppHQ and other systems of record.
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Capable of working on system vulnerabilities with existing team and other teams to resolve within required time frames.
- Tracks and supports the technical security and risk activities performed by the development teams (e.g., remediation of non-permitted technology or security vulnerabilities, technical recovery planning, and disaster recovery exercises).
- This position will also be responsible for preparing for, and responding to audit/regulatory requests, as well as escalating and presenting issues to governance forums as it pertains to Third Party Business Continuity.
- This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships across Enterprise Resiliency, Global Procurement, Global Information Security, as well as FLU Third Party oversight programs.
- Ability to navigate the Bank system of compliance, vulnerability, and application ownership, including multiple layers of governance, oversight, and support.
