Service Now Architect – Arizona (CSA Required)

Remote – Arizona Only

Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking a Service Now Architect with 5+ years of hands‑on experience to design and lead complex Service Now implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB modules. This Arizona‑based, remote‑first role requires deep technical expertise, CSA certification, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions aligned with ITIL frameworks.

• Lead Service Now solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Design and implement scalable, integrated Service Now solutions with REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules).
• Architect and enforce platform governance, CMDB optimization, and ITIL-aligned processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to define roadmaps, integrations, and strategic enhancements
  .
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives to ensure high performance and usability.
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices and coding standards
  .

• 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now experience; minimum 3 years in a lead or architect role
  .
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, and CSDM alignment
  .
• Strong integration experience (REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server) and Service Now scripting proficiency.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise‑grade Service Now solutions aligned with ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with agile methodologies and large‑scale Service Now projects.
• Arizona residents only.

• Service Now CAD or CTA certifications.
• Advanced Service Now modules:
  Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management).
• Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure) and Dev Ops/CI-CD pipelines.
• Large enterprise or consulting background (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.).

• Remote‑first role with occasional optional travel (fully reimbursed).
• Contract‑to‑hire with strong potential for early conversion.
• Work on cutting‑edge Service Now implementations with a collaborative Arizona‑based team.
