Service Now Business Analyst (CSA) – Arizona (Remote-First)

Remote (Arizona only) – Occasional travel to Chandler, AZ

Contract-to-Hire (6 months minimum)

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Business Analyst (CSA) to join our Arizona-based team. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving the implementation and optimization of Service Now ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules
. This role is ideal for candidates with 5+ years of Service Now BA experience and a Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Service Now solutions.
• Map and optimize ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB processes.
• Develop user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement solutions.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and support for Service Now features.
• Recommend continuous improvements to processes and Service Now functionality.

• 5+ years as a Service Now Business Analyst; 3+ years on Service Now implementations and process automation.
• Deep expertise in Service Now ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, and solution design skills.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks in Service Now environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Service Now integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management.
• Familiarity with advanced Service Now features:
  Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics.
• Experience in data migration, cloud integrations (AWS, Azure), and large enterprise environments.
• Healthcare industry experience (plus).
