Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.

Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst – Data & Automation

Full-time / Contract

6+ months

Charlotte, NC | Dallas, TX | Chandler, AZ (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

This technical role is focused on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data across visualization dashboards, ETL processes, and automation solutions.

• Perform comprehensive data quality assurance testing on dashboards and reporting tools.
• Validate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automation and data validation.
• Support the implementation of automation solutions to streamline QA processes.
• Document QA findings and provide actionable feedback to development teams.

• Experience in data quality assurance, data validation, or a related technical QA role.
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Experience working in financial services or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Pay Range* :
Between $50 - $55 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
