We are seeking a Power Platform Business Transformation Consultant to lead initiatives focused on business process automation, workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and digital transformation
.

This role will partner with business, technology, operations, risk, and control teams to identify opportunities for automation and develop scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot/AI-enabled capabilities
.

The ideal candidate combines strong business process expertise with hands-on Microsoft technology experience and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation
• Design and implement solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Copilot
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and simplification
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technology-enabled solutions
• Design and optimize workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-enabled process enhancements
• Support adoption of new technology through sustainable processes, best practices, and change management
• Develop dashboards, executive reporting, presentations, and business insights
• Partner with business, technology, risk, and control teams to ensure solutions meet governance, compliance, and operational requirements
• Manage multiple initiatives, priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
• Influence stakeholders and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Serve as a subject matter resource for automation, process optimization, Power Platform, and emerging technologies

• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, implementation, strategic planning, business transformation, or a related area
• 3+ years of experience developing automation, workflow, business intelligence, or technology-enabled solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Hands-on experience with one or more Microsoft Power Platform technologies
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with workflow automation and business process optimization
• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives
• Executive-level reporting and dashboard development

• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and business intelligence
• Experience supporting governance, risk, controls, compliance, or audit
• Banking, financial services, credit card, or lending experience
• Experience driving technology adoption and organizational change
