Systems Operations Engineer - Production Support

Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Systems Operations Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering.

Review and analyze moderately complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Experienced Working Knowledge of varying technologies including Linux, Autosys, Windows OS, Harness, Service Now, TFE, Cloud Management Portal, Big Panda, App Dynamics, Thousand Eyes, Splunk. Proficient level experience with incident management, problem management, and change management. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Salary Range*: $40 to $48.50 Per hour.
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
