Job Description Senior Sales Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and research-driven Senior Sales Analyst to support Sales Analytics and Commercial Excellence initiatives. This role focuses on reporting, data integrity, Salesforce support, AI enhancement efforts, and cross-functional business analytics.

Key Job Responsibilities

Utilize Salesforce and business intelligence tools to develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reporting, and ad hoc analyses that provide actionable insights.
Serve as a steward of CRM data quality by proactively identifying data inconsistencies, reporting anomalies, and reducing manual effort through automation.
Support the testing and validation of Salesforce enhancements, reporting changes, and process improvements.
Partner with Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting that supports operational decision-making.
Own and execute recurring analytical deliverables.
Create and maintain business process documentation, reporting definitions, testing procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Prepare, maintain, and continuously improve executive-facing presentations and business review materials.
Support the ongoing development, testing, and optimization of AI-driven tools and agents.
Investigate complex data, system, and process-related issues across commercial platforms, leveraging analytical and research skills to uncover insights, recommend solutions, and improve overall business operations.
Contribute to the evolution of the company's analytics ecosystem by supporting the transition of systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales analytics or a related field.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Advanced Salesforce, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong task management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, including AI-enabled analytics solutions
