This is a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in high‑conflict cases, working directly with a team that understands the psychological dynamics at play in emotionally abusive relationships.

• Supporting senior attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and drafting.
• Assisting with client intake, strategy meetings, and ongoing client communication.
• Preparing pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery.
• Observing and participating in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Learning to work collaboratively with DV advocates, therapists, and expert witnesses.

• J.D. from an accredited law school (Bar passage not required but must be pending or expected soon).
• Demonstrated interest in family law, mental health, or trauma‑informed advocacy.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Emotional resilience and maturity in dealing with high‑conflict or sensitive subject matter.
• Compassionate, clear communicator with excellent attention to detail.
