Position: Lease-up Property Manager- Villas on McQueen

Join Our Team as the Lease-Up Property Manager at Villas on McQueen!

Are you energized by managing complex transitions and creating great resident experiences along the way? Villas on McQueen is undergoing a full roving rehab - relocating residents, renovating units, and welcoming them back into beautifully refreshed homes. We're looking for a people-centered, highly organized Property Manager with strong affordable housing experience to lead this effort from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and know your way around LIHTC and PBV compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What

You'll Do
  • Lead the full lease-up, relocation, and re-occupancy process to ensure a smooth rehab project

  • Manage leasing efforts, build rapport with prospects, and guide future residents through their journey at Villas on Mc Queen

  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection to keep operations running smoothly

  • Supervise and support the on-site team, fostering growth, accountability, and excellent resident service

  • Maintain compliance with LIHTC and PBV requirements along with all Fair Housing regulations

  • Partner closely with maintenance leadership to ensure safety, quality, and strong curb appeal throughout the rehab

  • Build connections with residents and cultivate a welcoming, positive community culture

What You Bring
  • Experience in property management within affordable housing, specifically LIHTC and PBV programs

  • Background in lease-up or rehab projects preferred

  • Strong communication and people skills that help you lead, coach, and support your team

  • A steady, organized approach that helps residents feel supported during relocations and transitions

  • Commitment to exceptional service, teamwork, and compliance

  • Ability to drive for work purposes (valid drivers license, proof of vehicle insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle report)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary between $74,000-$78,000 annually
