This role executes club‑owned repair strategy, represents AAA in the marketplace, delivers exceptional member experience, and coaches staff to meet revenue targets. The manager oversees full P&L, ensures safety compliance, and collaborates with branch operations.
Responsibilities- Develop strategic & tactical plans for business expansion, including budgeting and market analysis.
- Execute business tactics to achieve establishedętr goals.
- Support repair operations with Emergency Road Service and AAA Managers.
- Develop marketing campaigns, promotional copy, and track success.
- Coordinate cross‑sell product opportunities with other lines of business.
- Plan, recruit, and select talent to grow the business.
- Lead through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive engagement among team members.
- Maintain profit & loss.
- Review metrics, recommend products, solutions, and best practices.
- Foster vendor relationships and commercial offers.
- Highly developed leadership and analytical skills for data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Change management and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Cross‑functional collaboration across units.
- Financial management experience and adept at statistical analysis.
- zele ability to write and execute business and financial plans.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Automotive/mechanical background (preferred).
- Ability to drive vehicles equipped with manual transmission (preferred).
- Knowledge of equipment/tool operation and diagnostic/repair procedures (preferred).
- 5+ years industry experience in repair, maintenance, and/or emergency road services for passenger and/or commercial vehicles (preferred).
- 5+ years management or leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
- ASE Certification (preferred).
Min: $71,795 – Mid: $89,744 – Max: $107,693.
