CNC Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift) – responsible for daily operation of CNC press brakes including set‑up, bending of material per specifications, basic machine maintenance, and cleaning to ensure safety and production optimization.

• Operate press brake from pre‑set programs with minor adjustments for material variations.
• Set up and load tools.
• Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Experience with Trumpf press brake is a plus.

• Work in a fast‑paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Knowledge of sheet‑metal fabrication and related equipment.
• Read and use basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers).
• Self‑motivated and respond timely to production requirements.
• Detail oriented.
• Build a positive team spirit and put team success above personal interests.
• Speak English fluently.
• Reliable transportation to comply with attendance policy.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Preferred: 2 years of fabrication experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of CNC press brake operation experience.
