Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading building envelope solution supplier that effectively drives energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking an 2nd shift Operator at our Bonded Logic plant in Chandler, AZ.
Duties And Responsibilities- Operator uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other steps along a production line
- Utilizes and ensures safe use of operating equipment such as forklifts, pumps, mixers, valves, while maintaining high levels of housekeeping
- Reads, writes, performs basic mathematical equations, understands and follows instructions on Work Orders (Batch Tickets)
- Maintains high stocking levels of required components in a prompt manner to package mixed product per Batch Tickets
- Records required data on batch tickets and completes daily, weekly, monthly check‑lists and equipment logs as required
- Understands KPI’s and meets production targets per task
- Completes quality testing and records testing data as required
- Disassembles, cleans, and reassembles equipment as needed and trained to do so
- Attends all required training programs and follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Applies all OSHA and Henry safety standards, policies and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and organizational skills; keeps housekeeping at designated area and work site level
- Self‑starter, able to work with little direct supervision
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance record
- Experience safely operating a forklift
- Flexible to work overtime as needed
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Fast paced manufacturing environment with exposure to ambient temperatures, dust, and noise
- Hours:
8‑10 hours per shift, varying by schedule and business volume - Possibility of overtime and weekend hours
- Heavy, stationary machinery on manufacturing floor
- Use of radio, calculator, measuring devices, hand tools, and computer (ERP)

Shift: 6 pm – 2:30 am
Starting Pay: $18.00 plus $1.00 shift differential
