Builder, Manufacturing Production, Assembly

• Assist in production carpentry, building and assembling cabinets, store fixtures, and display components according to project specifications.
• Follow production plans, work tickets, and supervisor instructions to complete assigned build tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Safely operate woodworking and production equipment such as saws, routers, sanders, and drills.
• Prepare materials, cut parts, sand, glue, and assemble components as part of the production process.
• May assist with laminating, edge‑banding, and finishing tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Help track material usage, time, and supplies to support accurate production records and inventory management.
• Support machine operators with setup, basic maintenance, and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following company safety standards.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and staging completed fixtures for shipment or the next production phase.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour (+ profit sharing)

The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, and demonstrated performance. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

2+ years experience in woodworking, cabinet making, or assembly.

Ability to operate woodworking and production equipment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on production carpentry and fabrication.

Ability to perform sanding, gluing, and assembly tasks with care and attention to detail.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively with a team.
