Microchip's Yield Enhancement Team has an opening for a Yield Engineering Technician in Chandler, AZ.

• Support yield engineering daily disposition of material on hold
• Support engineering experiment analysis needs
• Assist in tracking discrepant material throughout various manufacturing locations
• Work with and provide support for probe production floor as needed
• Follow procedures and instructions
• Able to contribute as a reliable and effective team member with minimal supervision

• High School Diploma or GED
• Technician experience preferred
• Familiar with electronic fundamentals and analytical skills
• Work experience in manufacturing environment
• Team player
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient use of computers and basic software such as MS Office
• Ability to work independently and systematically
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
