• Conduct inspections in compliance with key procedures and standards, including:
  • OD-QA-206(CH) – Inspection and Testing
  • OD-QA-208(CH) – Control of Non-Conforming Product
  • OD-QA-211(CH) – Product Identification & Traceability
  • OD-QA-214(CH) – Quality Records
  • DI-QA-205 – Receiving Inspection Operation Sheet (RIOS)
  • DI-QA-206(CH) – Age Sensitive Control Procedure
  • Form #842 – Supplier Quality Requirements
  • 2-700199 – PS/EMC Workmanship Standard
• Use RIOS and Visual Inspection Plans to perform dimensional and visual inspections independently.
• Interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate precision measuring instruments, including optical comparators.
• Generate and verify Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Surveillance Audits as required.
• Maintain flexibility to support various production areas as assigned.
• Support overtime requirements as scheduled by FFM or Supervisor.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  0–3 years in a quality inspection or manufacturing environment
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • IPC-A-600 (Acceptability of Printed Boards)
  • IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies)
  • J-STD-001 (Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies)
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Familiarity with mechanical/electronic components and manufacturing environments
• Must be able to adapt to new inspection tools and processes
• Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods
• Willingness to attend off-site training for certification maintenance (if required)
