Manufacturing Process Engineer (Production Line Transfer)
Contract Duration: 9-month assignment – Estimated to end 9/10/2026 (Contract Extension possibilities)
Location: 100% ONSITE - Chandler, AZ (85226)
Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
Work Authorization: Must be currently in the United States with active employment authorization documents without CURRENT sponsorship transfer requirements. Sponsorship is NOT available NOW or in the FUTURE for this role.
Pay: Negotiable depending on direct-related experience up to $40 - $45 an hour
This position will be required to sustain production lines being transferred to a new site. The manufacturing engineer will own the processes used on the production floor. This position will primarily focus on yield improvements.
Duties include:- Interface with facilities to repair and maintain the production equipment.
- Responsible for process improvements to drive efficiencies, increase fpy, and address safety improvements as required.
- Interface with the sending site and another site that owns assembly of finished goods.
- Collect data and implement sustainable solutions.
