Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate, install, and maintain process piping systems including stainless steel, copper, and plastic piping.

* Perform orbital welding with precision in compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

* Conduct butt fusion of plastic piping systems according to approved procedures.

* Read and interpret piping isometric drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

* Ensure all piping installations are clean, precise, and compliant with cGMP requirements.

* Conduct system pressure testing and validation activities.

* Maintain safe working conditions following all OSHA, site-specific, and cGMP safety protocols.

* Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and QA/QC staff to ensure seamless project execution.

* Maintain detailed records of work performed, including weld logs and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a journeyman-level pipefitter.

* Demonstrated experience in:

* Orbital welding of stainless steel tubing.

* Butt fusion of HDPE and other plastic piping materials.

* Working in regulated cleanroom or cGMP environments.

* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process schematics.

* Commitment to high-quality craftsmanship and precision.

* OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred).

* Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Preferred Attributes:

* Certification in orbital welding (preferred but not required).

* Previous experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or chemical manufacturing facilities.

* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team setting.

* Professional communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
