Saras Micro Devices is seeking a highly proactive and skilled Process Engineering Technician who will play a critical role in supporting our fast‑paced semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, you will execute and monitor key wet and dry processes, assist engineers with equipment performance and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure all production activities align with our standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

This role requires the ability to work an 8‑hour shift with a start time between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM
, ending no later than 9:00 PM
. Candidates who can flex within this start‑time window and maintain reliable attendance are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Provide hands‑on technical support to engineers to ensure production goals are met.
- Perform and monitor both wet and dry semiconductor processes with precision and consistency.
- Assist in reviewing existing equipment and processes and support the design or improvement of new manufacturing workflows.
- Suggest equipment modifications, calibration adjustments, or productivity improvements that enhance throughput and reduce costs.
- Serve as a high‑level machine operator, supporting engineering activities and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
- Maintain strict attention to detail, ensuring quality standards and documentation requirements are consistently met.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills in a high‑tech, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Work under the guidance of senior engineering personnel while contributing independent insights and observations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced materials, or high‑tech production environments.
- Experience with metal finishing/plating processes preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production and equipment performance targets.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex tools.
- Understanding of cleanroom practices, manufacturing safety, and documentation control.

- Experience with or willingness to learn semiconductor process equipment (wet benches, plating tools, metrology equipment, etc.)
- Familiarity with basic data entry and logging in production software systems
- Proficiency with standard office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
