The Manufacturing Manager oversees end‑to‑end manufacturing operations and leads production teams to ensure efficient, compliant and high‑quality output. This role is critical in achieving production targets, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a cGMP‑regulated environment.

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality and safety targets.
• Lead, develop, and mentor supervisors and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
• Review and approve batch records, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in partnership with QA.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and internal compliance reviews.
• Ensure workforce planning, training, and resource utilization align with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing processes, documentation, and compliance systems.

• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills.
