Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000

• Branding & Design:
  Create high‑impact graphics for digital and print (spec sheets, pitch decks, social campaigns) that reinforce our brand identity.
• Content Development:
  Craft engaging materials for external marketing and internal initiatives, including training content, uniform design, and office branding.
• Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  Manage social media platforms, assist with Google Ads campaigns, and track performance metrics to optimize engagement.
• Photography & Video Production:
  Capture and edit visual content for marketing and internal use; occasional travel for on‑site photography and event support.
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Sales, IT, Operations, and HR to execute integrated marketing projects.
• Event Marketing:
  Support trade shows and promotional events with branded materials and campaign coordination.
• Project Ownership:
  Lead multiple high‑impact initiatives within the first 6–12 months, including spec sheets, pitch decks, social campaigns, and internal training content.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative roles.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong design skills with the ability to develop original concepts and polished deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Ads and analytics tools preferred.
• Photography and video production skills preferred but highly valuable.
• Portfolio required:
  Demonstrate executed design work and clarify individual contributions.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, high‑energy attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
