PR Officer

We are hiring an enthusiastic PR Officer to help us shape the public image of our company. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a flair for media relations, and the ability to craft compelling messages. As a PR Officer, you will be responsible for managing media interactions, promoting positive press, and handling public inquiries.

• Develop and implement public relations campaigns that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Write press releases, blog posts, speeches, and other materials to communicate key messages to the media and the public
• Coordinate media interviews, events, and public appearances to promote the company’s image
• Foster strong relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets
• Manage the organization’s social media presence, ensuring consistency in messaging and content
• Handle any negative publicity or media crises with tact and professionalism
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on media trends and public sentiment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all communications
• Assist with internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged with company news

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field

1-3 years of experience in PR, media relations, or communications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in media relations, social media platforms, and PR tools

Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing media landscapes

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
