Dental Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a Dental Marketing Specialist for our specialized dental practices. You'll play an essential role in maintaining and growing strong B2B referral relationships with general dentists. Your efforts will directly support the success of the practice by ensuring we remain top-of-mind, well-represented, and trusted within the local dental community.
Schedule
:
Full Time, Monday - Friday
Locations: This role requires local travel to referring offices. While drive time may vary, the expected travel radius is approximately 20–30 miles. Reliable transportation and flexibility are essential for this position.
ResponsibilitiesReferral Office Outreach (B2B Marketing)
- Maintain regular, friendly contact with general dental offices through in-person visits, seasonal drop-offs, and ongoing check-ins.
- Serve as a trusted, approachable representative of our practice.
- Personalize your outreach to suit each office’s preferences and communication style.
- Log insights, preferences, and opportunities after each visit for future engagement.
Event Planning & Referral Engagement
- Organize and support events such as:
- Continuing Education (CE) courses
- Lunch & learns
- Open houses and referral appreciation events
- Manage event logistics including invitations, catering, supplies, and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and Area Marketing Manager as needed for execution.
Campaign Execution & Collateral Support
- Help roll out seasonal or specialty-targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, and branded giveaways.
- Tailor messaging to suit each office or event for maximum impact.
Social Media & Content Support (may be outsourced)
- Assist in sourcing or capturing content (with permission) for internal or external use.
- Share photos from events or visits that reflect our brand tone and community presence.
- Collaborate with the Area Marketing Manager on broader digital marketing campaigns as needed.
Administrative Support & Reporting
- Maintain a log or CRM record of outreach activities, referral office visits, and follow-ups.
- Track marketing efforts and use insights to improve strategies.
- Be consistent and visible relationships grow through regular, meaningful contact.
- Be proactive and resourceful, seek opportunities to create value for referring practices.
- Be flexible, adapt your approach to fit the needs of each office and situation.
- Be collaborative, maintain open communication with your team and referral partners.
- Always represent the practice with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ Years experience in B2B and B2C marketing
Preferred Skills/
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree coursework in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organization skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

The salary range for this role is $51,000 - $72,000.
