• Assist guests/patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Check each guest/patient routinely to ensure that personal care needs are being met according to the care plan.
• Review care plans daily to determine if changes in the guests/patient’s routine have been implemented.

• Valid CNA license certification.
• Current CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card.
• Minimum six (6) months of CNA/LNA experience preferred.
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing facility, or transitional rehabilitation; LTC/SNF/Rehab preferred.
