You’ll be the bridge between our physicians and patients, playing a hands‑on role in comprehensive care. Responsibilities include :

• Conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and managing both acute and chronic conditions
• Assisting in procedures, administering medications and injections, and performing wound suturing
• Triaging patient concerns and managing clinical follow‑ups
• Participating in hospital rounds and taking after‑hours / weekend call rotation
• Educating patients and families, ensuring clarity and comfort throughout the care journey
• Collaborating with our integrated care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

• High‑performance medical offices and exam rooms
• State‑of‑the‑art hospital operating rooms
• A dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment focused on innovation and excellence

• Mobility required for sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting during patient interaction
• Ability to assist in patient transfers and respond calmly in high‑pressure situations
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity setting

• Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or RNFA program
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona and national certification (RNFA)
• Board Certification, DEA license, and current CPR certification
• At least 1 year of NP experience in a hospital, pain clinic, or PM&R clinic
• Experience in neurosurgery is highly preferred — we’re looking for someone ready to contribute at the top of their game
