What You’ll Do :You’ll be the bridge between our physicians and patients, playing a hands‑on role in comprehensive care. Responsibilities include :
- Conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and managing both acute and chronic conditions
- Assisting in procedures, administering medications and injections, and performing wound suturing
- Triaging patient concerns and managing clinical follow‑ups
- Participating in hospital rounds and taking after‑hours / weekend call rotation
- Educating patients and families, ensuring clarity and comfort throughout the care journey
- Collaborating with our integrated care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
- High‑performance medical offices and exam rooms
- State‑of‑the‑art hospital operating rooms
- A dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment focused on innovation and excellence
- Mobility required for sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting during patient interaction
- Ability to assist in patient transfers and respond calmly in high‑pressure situations
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity setting
- Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or RNFA program
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona and national certification (RNFA)
- Board Certification, DEA license, and current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of NP experience in a hospital, pain clinic, or PM&R clinic
- Experience in neurosurgery is highly preferred — we’re looking for someone ready to contribute at the top of their game
